Danger Zone (1996)
An American engineer, experienced with toxic waste spills, is duped into going to East Africa to try and prevent a potential catastrophic spill. What he doesn't know is that he's being used by unscrupulous businessmen to recover a hijacked load of plutonium for the North Koreans.
